Clovercrest Swimming Club had 19 individual swimmers competing at the 2020 Long Course State Championships, and a further 9 swimmers joined us for the relay day. We also had 8 swimmers competing at the Junior Participation meet. All swimmers are to be commended for their efforts and great attitudes over the meet.

Well done to our 6 finalists- Matthew, Olivia, Amber, Jackson, Stephanie and Isabella. There were a total of 8 medals, congrats to our medalists:-

100% PBs on entry times were swum by Matthew, Donavon, Lucas, Connor, Lachlan, Summer, Stephanie, Lilly, and Daniel. Great job! 

Special mention must go to those who represented Clovercrest at a State level for the first time. Well done to Lucas, Piper, Connor and Lachlan. 

Big thanks to our fantastic coaches Jill and Pete for all their efforts over the week, and also to parents who officiated, acted as team managers, and drove and supported their children and the club all week. Now to knuckle down and start training hard for the upcoming Short Course season!
